To do this we must ensure the safey of ALL event goers and bypassers not involved with our events. Users of the SRDayton.com website (unregistered and registered) are subject to rules set forth by, and not limited to the authority of the operators and owners of SRDayton.com. As a user of the SRDayton.com website and/or any of its other web presenses, you are in contractual agreement to stay within the confines of the rules set forth by SRDayton.com, event organizers as well as local and state laws. Violation of any rules or guidelines and/or the authority of event staff, event organizers, SRDayton.com owners and operators is grounds for immediate removal from the respective event. Event goers who are not users of the SRDayton.com website will still be subject to the rules of the event as well as local and state laws. SRDayton.com reserves the right to act in the best interests of the community and public saftey by being proactive in protecting its event goers, bystanders and others from what it determines to be be unsafe, illegal or harmful. A. DRUG AND NARCOTIC ACTIVITY
SRDayton.com is a community for automotive enthusiasts by automotive enthusiasts. We do not condone, tollerate or promote drug activity of any sort or on any level. SRDayton.com and its operators are committed to creating a safe and drug-free environment for local and extra-local automotive enthisaists to congregate. SRDayton.com will not allow its social network of enthusiasts, web presense (which includes the SRDayton.com website, web forums, web logs, youtube applicaiton, Myspace and Facebook pages) to be used for any kind of drug activity. By entering the website beyond the home page, you are entering a contractual agreement that states that you will not conspire to distribute, sell, purchase, traffic or conduct any illegal narcotic-related transactions in the SRDayton.com community (which includes individuals who attend SRDayton.com events and are users of the website), web presense, or any event sponsored or hosted by SRDayton.com. The operators of SRDayton.com reserve the right to report anything they suspect to be drug related to any and all authorities with jurisdiction over.B. FIGHTING AND VIOLENCE
As stated above, the operators of SRDayton.com intend to facilitate an environment for automotive enthusiasm void of delinquent and criminal aggression. While SRDayton.com acknowledges the right of self defense we feel that almost all physical altercations can be avoided. As amember you agree to put forth an effort to avoid physical altercations. If you have a permit to carry a concealed weapon, you the user agree to leave the weapon in your vehicle, unchambered, with the magazine in the glove compartment. Any incident of physical violence or display of a weapon of any sort will result in your removal from an even and or all future events.
C. DELINQUENT BEHAVIOR
SRDayton.com will not stand for delinquent behavior of any sort. Delinquent behavior in regards to personal conduct at SRDayton events includes; excessive and loud profane music, yelling obscenities, drunkeness, wreckless operation of a motor vehicle, littering, vandalism and anything else thay may jeopardize an event. You the user agree not to engage in such behavior. Pick up your trash at events.D. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
SRDayton.com events attract some of the area's fastest vehicles. Alcohol and horsepower do not mix. We the staff of SRDayton.com would like to promote safe and sober driving habits. We do not condone the operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alocohol or any controlled substance. If you attend an SRDayton.com car gathering and are in possession an open container of alcohol you will be asked to pour it out. Refusal to comply is grounds for a call to the police.
5. PERSONAL CONDUCT ON SRDAYTON.COM OPERATED INTERNET APPLICATIONS
SRDayton.com is a website for adults, by adults. Users are expected to act accordingly off and online. Online experiences are cheapened with childish and wanton behavior so each user must follow basic rules of courtesy and respect other users as well as the discretion and authority of moderators and administrators. Without comon respect for each other and authority, the user experience is tarnished and the site becomes dysfunctional. One, its not healthy, two, all websites displaying porngraphic material operating in the United States of America must comply with Title 18 U.S.C. 2257 which is the child pornography act. This act aims to curb child porn by mandating porn site operators to keep records of their actors. We cannot keep records to prove actors or models in movies and photos are over 18 years of age and therefore if we allowed users to post pornography we would be in violation of the law. Most users of SRDayton.com have jobs and use this site from work. We respect honest hardworking people and the jobs they do. We will not allow material that could potentially get one our members fired from their job be posted on the site. Lasty, if you're posting material of this nature chances are the content is of someone you know who know the material exists or it is copyrighted. Either way lawsuits and criminal charges could be filed. Nobody wants to have to go to court over a silly pic or video so keep it off the site. Users who violate this rule will be warned then removed from the site if it happens again.

The majority of the content on SRDayton.com is generated by registered users of the website. Due to the sheer number of members, private messages, threads and posts being created every hour of every day we cannot possibly monitor each thread or individual post. Priviate messages send from one user to another user are only available for viewing and to those users or anyone who a message is forwarded to. We cannot be responsible for private messages as we have no control over what is said in these messages, who sends them, who recieves them or when they are created. We do not allow copyrighted material to be posted on the website without the copyright owner's permission but cannot be responsible for materials posted on or linked to that we do not know about.

We are aware that potentially offensive, copyrighted, illegal and other extreme material exists on the YouTube and Google Video network. SRDaytonc.om has no affiliation with Google, Inc. or way of censoring content on YouTube and cannot be responsible for videos posted on the SRDayton.com website.
B. bRixxer Videos
In addition to YouTube.com, SRDayton has included technology from brixxer.com into its applications for enhances video and telecommunication capabilities and entertainment. SRDayton.com is in no way affiliated with BRXSTARJAM, Inc. and its staff has no control over videos and/or mobile content on the BRXSTARJAM network. Brixxer.com is a social video site that includes video search and video to mobile technology to transfer, transcode, data mine, display and Multimedia Message System (MMS) user-generated content. Content on the BRXStarjam network is available for purchase via major mobile cariers with premium mobile billing. SRDayton.com cannot be held responsible for any billing issues that arise from using this content or buying it for your cellular telephone.
C. PHOTOGRAPHS AND OTHER IMAGES
Users of the SRDayton.com website post pictures in conjunction with text and other content in their posts. Sometimes these images may be used as avatars or signatures on the forum and/or content management system (CMS). While we do not allow copyrighted material to be posted without the copyright owner's consent, we cannot be responsible for any violation of copyright laws that we have not seen or have no way of knowing if the image is copyrighted or not.
8. STREET RACING AND WRECKLESS OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
It is illegal to operate a motor vehicle beyond the posted speed in the State of Ohio.
